1. About the service

Zwift GC is an independent hobby project and community tool operated by Stefan Frederiksen in Denmark. It helps adult Zwift racing participants and approved organizers review race results, manage classifications, and follow racing series.

Zwift GC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Zwift or ZwiftPower. References to third-party names and services identify the source or context of racing information; their marks belong to their respective owners.

2. Accepting these Terms

By creating or using an account, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create or use an account. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Accounts and rider identity

Google authentication is used to create and secure accounts. You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your Google account, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You may claim or link only your own rider identity unless Zwift GC expressly authorizes another arrangement.

We may suspend or close access where reasonably necessary to protect users, race data, organizers, or the service, or where these Terms are materially breached.

4. Organizer responsibilities

Organizer access requires approval. Organizers may import only events they are authorized to administer and must have an appropriate legal basis and authority for the rider data they submit, review, export, or publish.

An organizer that independently publishes a leaderboard outside zwiftgc.com is responsible for that publication, its privacy notice, correction and deletion requests, access controls, and compliance with applicable law. Organizer credentials and exports must be protected and used only for authorized racing operations.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Access accounts, organizations, events, or data without authorization.
• Impersonate another rider or falsely claim a rider identity.
• Upload data you are not authorized to process.
• Use exports to harass riders, create unauthorized profiles, or distribute Personal Data improperly.
• Interfere with, overload, probe, scrape, or circumvent the service or its security controls.
• Introduce malicious code or use Zwift GC for unlawful activity.

6. Results and decisions

Race captures, identity matching, organizer decisions, and scoring rules can contain errors or change after review. Results may be provisional before becoming official. Zwift GC does not guarantee that imported or calculated information is complete or error-free.

Corrections, objections, and data-removal requests can be submitted through the opt-out page or by emailing roysignaler@gmail.com. Authorized Race Control and organizer decisions remain subject to applicable event rules.

7. Content and software

The Zwift GC software, original interface, branding, documentation, and original content are proprietary unless stated otherwise. These Terms do not grant permission to copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit them. You retain rights in content you lawfully provide and grant Zwift GC the limited permission needed to operate the service.

8. Availability and responsibility

Zwift GC is developed and operated as a hobby community service. Features may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. We will use reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted availability or suitability for professional, financial, safety-critical, or legally binding decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stefan Frederiksen is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes and termination

These Terms may be updated as the service develops. Material changes will be identified on the Website. Continued account use after updated Terms take effect may require renewed acceptance. You may stop using the service and request account and data removal at any time.
